Casino money and a 2012 budget carryover is helping to fund much needed improvements in Allen County's Sheriff's Office, Courthouse and Juvenile Court. The Lima News reports the Allen County Commissioners have appropriated $2 million in Capital improvements for safety upgrades and camera updates at Juvenile Court, new cruisers and tactical vests for deputies at the Sheriff's Office and the first phase in a series of overdue courthouse improvements.
