Asbestos Removal Approved At New Commissioners Office

The Hancock County Commissioners are closer to moving into their new offices. The board approved a contract for asbestos removal at 514 South Main Street. The cost will be just a little more than $1,800. The work is only expected to take a couple of days to complete. The commissioners plan to move from their current location on Broadway this spring, but a date for the move has not been set.
