If you or someone you know is gun shy when it comes to using a computer, free classes offered by Owens Community College may be the help they need. Carl Dettmer is with the school and says Owens offers the classes through Connect Ohio to help increase computer literacy on basic subjects... (Audio Below)
The classes offer a perk; if you complete it you get a certificate that can be used for discounts on high speed internet by local providers.
