A Fostoria sex offender will spend three years in prison for failing to register his address. According to the Review-Times, 41-year-old Robert Hosler was found guilty of failing to register his address as a sex offender and failure to provide notice of a residence address change. Hosler, who has a sexual battery conviction, didn't register his address with the sheriff's office on January 17.
