Low income Findlay residents can get free cell phones next week. Alltel Wireless will be giving out the phones in the Courier parking lot Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To be eligible for the phone you must show proof of government assistance and have a driver's license. The phone and first month of service are free. The bill is $10 a month beyond that.
