AEP Schedules Brief Outages In Southern Hancock Co.

American Electric Power is scheduling a brief power outage Friday morning for two areas in southern Hancock County. AEP is de-energizing a defective regulator at the Arlington substation from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 7:35 a.m. The boundary is County Road 37 to the north, Township Road 71 on the west, Township Road 152 on the south and State Route 37 on the east. The boundary of the other section includes the village of Jenera on the north, Hardin County Road 2 on the south Hancock County Road 17 on the east and Hancock County Road 56 in the west and the surrounding area. In case of inclement weather it will be rescheduled for Monday, March 11.
