A Fostoria man will spend 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges including rape. 39-year-old Jennings Matthews appeared in court Wednesday and entered guilty pleas on two counts of rape and one count each of kidnapping and sexual battery, all stemming from an incident involving a teenage girl in January. Matthews will be classified as a Tier III sexual offender for the rest of his life. He could have been sentenced to up to 36 years in prison.
