Some Hancock County high school students want to make a difference in the lives of low income families. A group that recently participated in the Ohio Youth Capital Challenge wants to put together a community garden that would grow produce for area food banks. The teens proposed an area just off of East Street in Findlay near the Blanchard River to Findlay City Council during the Tuesday night meeting. The city is expected to draw up a use agreement to allow the group to use the land for their project.
