North Baltimore School Board Rejects Bid For Property

The North Baltimore School Board rejected a bid for a four-acre parcel of land where the high school once stood. Three people seeking the Second Street property attended a public auction last weekend. The high bidder was Charlie Kelley with a bid of $68,000 according to the Courier. The board declined the bid during their Tuesday meeting saying the property was worth more but would not divulge an asking price. The board is expected to make a decision in the upcoming month on how to proceed with the sale of the property.
