A lawsuit has been filed in regards to a crash that injured multiple people at a downtown Lima festival last Summer, but the plaintiff isn't who you think it is. The Lima News reports Linda Booth has filed a suit against anyone who could sue her. Booth accidently hit the gas pedal on her car, plowing into the downtown square, injuring 27 people. She is asking that all injured parties come forward with their claims. The suit states she has limited means and limited automobile insurance. The newspaper reports 40 people are named in the suit.
