A Tiffin man, facing sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct charges, has pleaded not guilty. 19 year-old Jordan Clement was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a 13 year-old girl in Tiffin according to the Advertiser Tribune. He was originally charged with rape in Tiffin Municipal Court but the charges were reduced. Clement's case was bound over to Seneca County Common Pleas Court.
