An Arlington woman was the victim of a hit and run accident involving a semi Tuesday. The Hancock County Sheriff's Office reports the accident happened just after noon as 44-year-old Lori Meyers was driving north on U.S. 68 when she was hit by a tractor-trailer turning onto the eastbound State Route 15 entrance ramp. Meyers' minvan was dragged for a lengthy distance before it got loose from the semi, which continued east on 15. Meyers was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital and then transferred to Mercy St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo.
