Arlington May Put Fence Around Water Treatment Plant

The village of Arlington may fence in its water treatment plant. The Courier reports the village's public affairs board has been examining the idea over the past few months. The board will discuss the issue again at their March 11 meeting, and have invited council members to attend the meeting to get more information.
