A pair of Kentucky men were arrested following a traffic stop on I-75 in Hancock County last week. The State Patrol says the driver, 31-year-old Jimmy Brock, was pulled over just south of the Hancock County rest stops for following another car too close. He and his passenger, 29-year-old Joseph Lowell, were found to have three bags of marijuana in their car and another 1.5 pounds in the trunk. Troopers also found a drug scale and a bottle containing 29 Xanax pills in the car. Brock and Lowell have both been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
