There are a few more details today on the arrest of a convicted sex offender from Fostoria last week. The Review-Times reports 29-year-old Nicholas Sterling has been charged with three counts of pandering obscenity involving juveniles. The Fostoria Police Department and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation worked together on the case, but aren't yet saying what may have been taken during a search of Sterling's home.
In the meantime Sterling will appear for a video arraignment Tuesday in Fostoria Municipal Court. He's being held in the Hancock County Jail, with bond set at $30,000.
