A convicted sex offender in Fostoria has been arrested again. 29-year-old Nicholas Sterling was taken into custody and charged with three counts of pandering obscenity after a search of his home Thursday. The Fostoria Police Department will release more info on what led to the search later today.
Sterling was convicted of unlawful sexual contact in 2008 in a case that involved a 15-year-old girl. He was given community control, but ended up in prison for 15 months when he made contact with minors.
