Arbogast had 12 kills, Ladd 11 and Scherger finished with 10 kills and a game-high 16 digs for the Blue Jackets (17-1, 7-1 MAL), who are ranked ninth in the latest Division IV coaches poll. Olivia Zimmerman slammed eight kills and Catrina Lang added seven for the Mohawks (9-9, 2-6 MAL) as Allie Rutter dished out 11 assists. Calvert improved to 13-5 overall, 8-0 in the MAL and remained tied with Mohawk (16-2, 8-0) atop the standings. The MAL co-leaders are scheduled to square off Thursday at Tiffin. Hannah Tong was 50 for 56 spiking with 19 kills for Carey (11-5, 5-3 MAL). Frank slammed 21 kills and Burns, Hossler and Shaver added 15 apiece for Hopewell-Loudon (7-12, 4-4 MAL). Hossler added 26 assists, Burns was 62 of 62 setting and Frank added a game-high 17 digs for the Chieftains. Old Fort dropped to 3-16 and 2-6 in conference play. Kirstin Hicks had 22 kills and Mekale Clifton added 15 as Crestview (12-6) improved to 6-1 in the NWC and stayed within striking distance of LCC (15-2, 7-0). Columbus Grove is also 6-1 in the league, while Tuesday's setback dropped Bluffton (8-7) to 5-2. Wynn hammered 10 kills with seven blocks. Rachel Schumacher dished out 22 assists and Sydney McCluer served five aces with eight digs for Columbus Grove (12-5, 6-1 NWC).
