Boys Basketball: Heritage beaten
MARION -- Marion Homeschool blitzed Heritage Christian 31-8 in the second quarter on its way to a 70-48 nonconference boys basketball win over the Minutemen on Thursday.

Dillon Berry netted 15 points and Ethan Houdeshell added 12 points with seven rebounds and three steals to lead the Minutemen (0-2). Lewis Larsen also grabbed seven rebounds and Steven Schultz dished out seven assists.

Tim Jones tossed in 30 points and picked off 14 rebounds with seven assists for Marion.
